We use Square & PayPal credit card processing and third party technologies to process sensitive information such as your credit card number. While we take the necessary steps to protect your information, we can't protect the data completely against illegal breaking or hacking into our systems.

 

All address, email and contact information is specifically for communicating directly with art clients. WE DO NOT SALE information to third-party companies.

CHANGES TO TERM OF WEBSITE

The amended Terms will automatically be effective when posted on our Site. Your continued use of our Site after any changes in these Terms shall constitute your consent to such changes. NIA reserves the right to change, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site (or any portion thereof), including any and all content contained on the Site, at any time without notice. You agree that Nia Abstract Art and/or Art by Lisa Renee or its partners and affiliates shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Site (or any portion thereof).

Payments

Payment is due in advance or upon delivery.  Workshop or Party Host have a financial commitment in securing the payment for the number of painters reserved or booked.  Some workshop or party host may receive a waiver for a booking fee that covers all or some incidentals, to include but not limited to booking reservation numbers.  All checks should be made out to the official company: One Design Sites & Services, LLC. Paypal or Square receipts will reflect payments from One Design Sites & Services, LLC.
